Next up in the character designs is, well, Gil. He's another one whose design left me in knots for the longest time. Until, I finally decided that, at the very least, he was going to be colored as dully as possible. Not only does it make him stand out among the brightly colored cast members, but... He's a thief. It doesn't make much sense for him to try to be glaringly obvious. He needs to blend into the background.
And yes, that is someone's hair tied around his waist. And, if you couldn't tell by the color, it's not his. Can't tell you whose it is, yet, though. Though, the hair was initially just a tiny lock attached to a necklace he wore. That got thrown out about a second after his cape was taken off his design. Stupid cape. Ugh. I mean, really. What self respecting thief wears a cape?
*flashbacks to 'Medobots' and Phantom Renegade* Um, nevermind.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

Don't reply to this with "Thanks for commenting!" or anything related to that. It's annoying.
But, I guess as they say, being a witch isn't bad.
